Polydimethylsiloxane
Polydimethylsiloxane (Polydimethylsiloxane), is a hydrophobic silicone material. In medicine, daily chemical supplies, food, construction and other fields are used, its derivatives have reached hundreds of kinds, commonly used polysiloxane mainly are: polydimethylsiloxane, cyclomethylsiloxane, amino siloxane, polymethyl phenyl siloxane, polyether polysiloxane copolymer. Cyclo-dimethylsiloxane is a commonly used polysiloxane.
 

Application field:
 

Cosmetics
The combination of low application, surface tension, easy spreading and suitable viscosity gives personal care products a lubricated, greasy feeling and makes the skin soft. With foam suppression, defoaming, anti-foam effect, to prevent the application of products when the "white" phenomenon. Different products need to choose different viscosity, the higher the viscosity, the more oily, low viscosity gives the skin dry feeling. Due to its deposition, it is used less in cosmetic formulations. The characteristics of the product can be adjusted by using different viscosity levels of polydimethylsiloxane.
 

Leather goods
Polydimethylsiloxane, can be used for fiber, leather: hydrophobic agent, softener, feel improver, dyeing industry defoamer, sewing thread lubrication. The emulsion can be applied to the grease of leather, so as to enhance the hydrophobicity, softness and comfort of leather. It is used to treat leather surfaces to enhance wear resistance, water resistance and release property.
 

Release agent
Dimethylsiloxane, can be used as rubber or plastic products (brake, screw, plug, etc.), EVA shoe material release agent, directly or with low hardness water dilution 10-200 times the use of products efficient, stable, very wide range of uses.
lubricant
Polydimethylsiloxane, a lubricant used in extruded rubber products such as conveyor belts. It can be used as lubricants in the following textile processes: yarn weaving, sewing lubrication, sock and underwear production, sewing needle lubrication, glass fiber screen.
 

Storage condition
Sealed store in a cool and dry place, avoid acid, alkali and other impurities mixed.
