Material and function:

Usage:

• Cold compress: Place the hot and cold bag in the elbow pad in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes before use.
• Hot compress: wrap the cold hot compress bag with a wet towel and put it into the microwave oven and heat it with a medium fire (or soak the cold second bag in hot water at 85 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or so). Each heating time should be within 40 seconds. If it is used continuously, the second heating time should be within 20 seconds.

Matters needing attention:

• Do not use on injured areas.
• Prone to dermatitis, sensitive to rubber or cross infected with caution.
• Discontinue use if you develop rashes or other problems. And timely advice to consult a doctor.
• Washing regularly will keep the skin clean and free the skin from discomfort caused by impurities expelled from the body.
