Basic properties of products:

• Suitable for formulations containing certain surfactants. Designed for thickening of surfactant systems. Dispersible cross-linked polyacrylate copolymers were prepared in a co-solvent system.
• In the gel system, it has good thickening efficiency, suspension capacity, long viscous flow performance and crystal transparency.
• Due to the low viscosity of the dispersion before neutralization, the aim is to reduce the effect of agglomeration on the dispersion in water, making it easier to pump and handle.

Product basic properties:
1. Physical properties

• The appearance is white loose powder, with characteristic odor, moisture-inducing, soluble in water to form a gel or suspension.

2. Chemical properties

• Heating at 104°C for 2 hours does not affect its thickening, but exposure to too high a temperature will cause discoloration and reduced stability.
• When in contact with strong alkali substances, a large amount of heat can be generated.

3. Stability

• Dry powdery carbomer 934 is stable and mildew free.

Common application areas:
1. Medical field

• As a suspension aid or adhesive, it is used in liquid or semi-solid medicine dosage forms such as creams, gels, ophthalmic ointments, rectal and topical preparations, and can also be used in the preparation of slow-release skeleton pellets, enzyme inhibitors of intestinal proteases, adhesives for cervical patches, microspheres for nasal delivery, and magnetic particles for positioning medicine delivery to the esophagus, and is also an emulsifier for topical O/W emulsions.

2. Cosmetics

• Used in the production of creams, lotions, gels, etc., to provide thickening, suspension and stabilization, can make cosmetics more delicate, smooth and soft, but also reduce skin irritation and allergic reactions, widely used in skin care and hair care products.

3. Construction field

• In building materials, it can improve the bond strength and ductility of cement mortar, tile glue and other materials, and improve the construction performance.
• In fillers and coatings, it is used as a thickener to improve coating adhesion, leveling and drip resistance.

4. Food field

• Can be used to prepare food additives.

Using Tips:
