1. Precise phase change temperature

  • The phase change temperature of this PCM is set at a specific temperature point associated with 730 (possibly around 73°C, depending on the exact determination).
  • As the battery temperature approaches or reaches this temperature, the PCM undergoes a rapid phase transition, changing from a solid state to a liquid or other suitable phase, absorbing a large amount of heat in the process, effectively preventing the battery temperature from rising further and keeping the battery within the appropriate operating temperature range.

1. Lamination installation

2. Encapsulation application
