Product Description
STP insulation board is a fireproof, ultra-thin, and vacuum insulation material with inorganic fiber core material and high-barrier vacuum composite membrane through vacuum treatment.
Origin of STP products: STP is an extension product of the VIP insulation board used in refrigerators. It has been widely used in the domestic refrigerator industry. The VIP insulation board technology originated in Europe. The early products were used in military and aerospace high-tech fields, and later transferred to civilian use. In terms of high-tech equipment and electrical appliances, after 2000, some regions in Europe introduced VIP insulation board technology into the building insulation market, which caused a huge sensation.
Structure of STP ultra-thin vacuum insulation board: STP insulation board is mainly made of inorganic fiber core material and high-barrier composite film through vacuum treatment and scientific packaging technology.
High-barrier composite film: It is composed of inorganic fiber cloth, aluminum foil and multi-layer dense materials. It undertakes the role of peripheral protection and fixation of STP board. The quality of the barrier film has a direct impact on the service life of the insulation board.
Core material: It is a combination of microporous inorganic materials and various additives. The performance of the material is stable, and there is no gas overflow under vacuum.
