Carbomer 371 is a cross-linked acrylic polymer featuring short rheological characteristics and high viscosity.
Ideal for transparent gels, creams, and similar systems, it enables the creation of bright, clear water-based or water-alcohol gels—making it particularly well-suited for exfoliating gels, scrubs, and related products.

Performance Advantages:

High thickening efficiency supports the formulation of cost-effective products
Excellent thickening, suspending, and stabilizing capabilities
Effectively suspends and stabilizes insoluble materials and particles

Application Areas:

Exfoliating gels, scrubs, moisturizing gels, as well as hand, body, and facial care lotions and creams.

Usage Guidelines:

Recommended dosage: 0.2-1.5 wt%
Sprinkle evenly into the medium while stirring to prevent clumping, ensuring full dispersion
Optimal thickening performance is achieved when neutralized to pH 7.0-10
After neutralization, avoid high-speed shearing or stirring to minimize viscosity loss
